CONCENTRATE
Also known as masterbatch, a concentrate is a high-pigment formulation that is added to natural resin during processing. This method provides precise color control and is cost-effective, as it allows the manufacturer to use only the amount needed to achieve the desired color.
DRY COLOR
Pigments are in powder form and are blended with the resin before processing. Dry color is a low-cost option but may provide less consistent color distribution compared to other methods and is often used for less demanding applications.
PRE COLOR
A process in which resin and pigment are fully mixed and extruded by the color compounder, producing pellets that are ready to use. This method offers excellent color consistency and is often used in applications requiring stringent quality and appearance standards.
